Such a cool place to stay! Very clean and easy to find. Definitely worth staying at this charming, unique place! Easy to walk around downtown Newark and lots of fun stuff to do near by. Connor is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Conor’s place is very spacious - photos do not do it justice! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great! The location is great and convenient for downtown Newark (which is popping up with more and more shops and restaurants every year that we visit!) The apartment was so unique and we loved the industrial vibe of the decor. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!

1st time in Newark. on a girl's trip. the town was so darn cute! Location of the Old School apt. was great and convenient to the town. We felt safe and truly enjoyed the stay.

This is my second stay in this loft. Newark is where I grew up, and It's so nice to see this area revitalized. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and modern. The outdoor fire pit and volleyball with snack bar was a nice night cap. Walking distance to the corner dives. Quick jump on the highway for Dawes, black hand, Longaberger golf club. It was perfect for all the spots we wanted to it. Love seeing Newark grow and develop. Great place to stay, highly recommend. Will 100% return if available.

Really enjoyed our stay. Super easy to find, great instructions, and right on the cool town square with lots to see and do. Elliot’s our new fav restaurant right a block away and coffee shop right below the Airbnb. Super quiet and clean. We will be back!

The parking looked sketchy( we are all 70’s/80’s ) but it was fine. Great community people playing 4 n egg ya volleyball leagues and 1 night music. So youthful and fun. The warehouse area is being revitalized and so is downtown Newark. The arcade with glass ceiling was just remodeled ( 20 million). The mounds in Newark were recently given world Heritage Site designation ( only one in Ohio). They are the 25th in the U.S. u should visit. There is a Sullivan Building in Newark. He was a famous architect and amazing the building was saved. Everything is within 15 minutes of the loft. The lift 9 ( our unit) was probably 900 sq ft so easy to have my sisters and spouses over for lunch (9 altogether). If you like history and revitalized places, then this loft was perfect!

Our family of 3 stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The space is modern and super clean, and had everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. The location is great in a cute square that felt like a movie set. And plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too. The washing machine and dryer were invaluable with a 4 year old! The hosts were fantastic, always responsive and helpful. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely return when visiting my brother. Also so handy having a great coffee shop below. Being a ‘loft’ There is a steep staircase leading up to the flat but if you’re able this isn’t an issue.

Unfortunately the reason for the trip was due to a family member passing but staying in this home was perfectly peaceful and amazing. It was just what we needed to get away and have beautiful scenery and a sense of calm.

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! Staying in a beautifully renovated old school building was such a unique and delightful experience. From the moment we walked through the grand entrance, we were captivated by the building's history, thoughtfully preserved and seamlessly blended with modern comfort. Beyond the unique setting, the location was fantastic – within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the area. This Airbnb offered so much more than just a place to sleep; it provided an experience. It was charming, comfortable, and full of character. We wholeheartedly recommend this unique stay and can't wait for the opportunity to return!

Excellent place to stay in Newark! Very clean and updated. You can walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
