Clean, comfortable and convenient. It is a downtown area so expect parking to occasionally be somewhat difficult. Overall, very pleased. The coffee house downstairs was super convenient. Multiple restaurants (good restaurants)within walking distance. Surprisingly, quiet and private. The two washers and dryers were also very convenient. We were there for an extended time, so had a couple of challenges associated with cold weather, power outages, internet issues. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Almost immediately handled anything that came up.

Connor’s place is absolutely awesome! It’s so unique, it’s so much bigger than I expected. You have your own parking, a private entrance. It almost feels like there is so much to explore once you’re inside. It gives off a New York style apartment but yet you’re in small town USA, you feel at home. Local restaurants, gas stations, everything you need is close by. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will be again!

I travel a lot across different states and cities and often stay in Airbnb, and I can confidently say that it’s rare to find a place as amazing as this one. It’s very cozy, with a clean and thoughtful design, and a stunning lake view. The sunlight fills the living room and creates a special vibe. The only thing I regret is that I was leaving early and coming back late almost every day, so I didn’t get to fully enjoy the house. I would be more than happy to come back again and hopefully spend a proper vacation here. Special thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and for the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home.

This was our 2nd stay. The host is very responsive! We had a slight maintenance issue and they tried to resolve the issue quickly and made things right on their end.

This place was a hidden gem, very close to many restaurants and bars, just wish it was a bit warmer during my stay. But the place was beautiful inside and much bigger than expected.

Usually when we get Airbnb’s they don’t look like the photos this place was just like that. However it was the opposite of what we expected, this place is more beautiful than the photos! So much thought was put into this place and I will recommend it to EVERYONE!

It felt so comfortable walking in and was just the perfect place to surprise my husband with for his birthday! The home was easy to find, close to everything, and so comfortable. If it wasn't so cold outside, we would have done a lot more walking around downtown Newark!

The accommodations were perfect for us while visiting family in the area. Very comfortable, very clean, good location, easy parking. Very quiet with dark shades, making for a good night sleep! Everything we needed. Loved the coffee shop nearby!

Great spot and nice added touch having the coffee shop just below the rental with a sweet gift card left to use at The coffee shop ! Beds comfy and was perfect for our quick last minute stay in Ohio !

A cute loft apartment across from the historic courthouse, which was beautifully lit for the holidays. So convenient to River Road Coffee House. We had a great stay with just a 10 minute drive to see family in Granville. We would definitely stay again.
